How do I return an item?
If your purchase isn't right for you, we offer a 14-day full return policy. To initiate a return, please send the package to our warehouse at your own expense. For the address and detailed return guidelines, please visit our Returns page here.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. You can find more information about shipping costs and transit time to your country on our Shipping page here.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, and PayPal. All of them are listed in the bottom of the website.
WillI get billed for customs?
If your order is shipped within Europe, there are no customs charges. For Norway,
all duties and taxes are included. In the US, orders below 800 USD pass through
customs without additional charges, but for orders above 800 USD, you will be
responsible for taxes and duties. For international orders, you may be liable
to pay taxes and duties. If you have any further questions, please chat with us

Where is it made?
We work with amazing and skilled people who share our values. We prioritize using recycled and organic materials in our production and leverage nearshore sourcing. For more information about our production, supply chain, and logistics, please visit our Sustainability page here.
Whatif my size is out of stock?
We strive to have all sizes available, but due to high demand, our factories may
experience delays. You can sign up for the item and size you're looking for,
and we will notify you by email when it's restocked.
How should I care for my new product?
Each shirt comes with care instructions. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle at
30 degrees handwash. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel

Can I pick up my order in Copenhagen?
Unfortunately, we do not offer order pickups in Copenhagen. However, we regularly host pop-up shops throughout the year, so stay tuned to our social media for updates.
